Information you give us

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us through this website:

• Contact form: your first and last name, email address, and message.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Event sponsor form: your company name, contact name, phone number, email address, and message.
• Donations: gifts are made through Harness, our online giving partner, in the secure form on our Donate page. Harness collects and processes your payment details. This website does not see or store your card information.

Membership, volunteer, and employment applications are paper forms. You download them here, fill them out, and return them to a Club in person. Club staff handle those forms directly, and the information on them is not collected through this website.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records some information on its own when you visit:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. These help keep the site secure and running.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site, for example which pages are visited most. It uses cookies and records details like your approximate location, device, and browser. It does not give us your name or contact information. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
• Embedded services. The maps on our location pages come from Google Maps, and the donation form comes from Harness. These services may set their own cookies when they load.

How we use your information

• To answer your messages and questions.
• To send our newsletter, if you signed up for it.
• To follow up with businesses interested in sponsoring an event.
• To process, record, and thank you for donations.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run parts of this website for us, and only what they need to do that work:

• Jotform receives and stores form submissions and sends them to our staff (Jotform privacy policy).
• Harness processes online donations.
• Google provides analytics and maps (Google privacy policy).
• Vercel hosts the website.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our members, staff, or the public.

Children’s privacy

This website is meant for parents, guardians, donors, volunteers, and community members. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it.

How we protect your information

The site is served over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only staff who need form submissions to do their work can see them, and we keep them only as long as we need them to respond and for our records. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you have sent through this website, or to take you off our newsletter list. Contact us using the details below and we will take care of it.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, including our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages, YouTube videos, and news articles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
