The Boys & Girls Club of Pharr–San Juan is recruiting motivated individuals passionate about community impact to serve as Club program leaders. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for making a difference in our communities, we invite you to apply to be a Club program leader.
Position details
- Location: Main or South Pharr Units
- Classification: Part-time, $11 per hour
- Hours: 25 hours weekly, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends
- Requirements: High school diploma or GED; one year of child development experience preferred
- Benefits: Paid holidays, quarterly appreciation events, and paid time off for part-time staff
